If you are under the age of 18, you need to come prepared for entry into TCR. The two ways for minors to enter the park: Two Parental Consent Waiver forms filled out completely with one parent physically present. Or Two Parental Consent Waiver forms filled out completely and the Letter of Guardianship Form filled out and notarized giving someone over the age of 18 that is physically present temporary guardianship for the event.
